If you change it's name is it ok to eat for Breakfast????

I grew up in a house where it is ok to eat deserts for breakfast...actually anytime after a holiday:  Thanksgiving, Christmas you knew you were going to eat desert for breakfast.

Well to be honest with you, I did not know that this was actually a desert.  A good friend sent me the recipe, and I thought it was a muffin.  The flour amount was not included so I made this up, untill I got a muffin consistency.  But isn't a muffin and a cupcake the same consistency?

Enjoy this receipe, I am attaching the link, it is from a Rachel Ray magazine.  I did not make the icing, and actually did not even use an icing.  Another good reason this is a muffin and not a cupcake, and ok to eat for breakfast.

Enjoy!!

I also had no idea, the cream cheese mixture was considered a cheesecake.  I only made a cheesecake once, and I did not recall the recipe.

These are before the are baked...to find out what they look like after you will have to make them, or ask my mom how delicious they are!

Next time:  I think I would make mini muffins, and put less batter at the bottom, so that the cream cheese mixture is more at the bottom.  But don't we always fill the pan too much???
