Apple season came and went!!!

My husband has taught me the joy of apples all over again!!  I realized that I took for granted the crisp bit of an apple....untill this year.  Mr. P grew up in PR and maybe is the reason why he never understood how delicious apples were.  But this year, he love for apples grew, and brought a big smile to my face.

He has been running tastes tests, reading apple news, and polling others about their favorite type of apples. 

This has brought us to bake apple puffed pancakes together, go apple picking, and enjoy each others company.

Mr. P brings a smile to my face, but an even bigger smile, when he says that he was enjoying a good apple out on the front porch!!!
